By Road:
Drive from Dehradun to Uttarkashi via NH 34, covering approximately 145 kilometers in about 5-6 hours. Alternatively, drive from Rishikesh, which is 170 kilometers away and takes 6-7 hours.

By Air:
Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun is the closest airport to Uttarkashi. From the airport, hire a taxi or pre-booked cab for a 160-kilometer journey, taking around 6-7 hours.

Nearest Railway Station
Currently, Uttarkashi does not have a railway station. The nearest major railway station is in Dehradun. Travelers can reach Dehradun Railway Station from various parts of India via train. From Dehradun, they can continue their journey to Uttarkashi by road, either by hiring a taxi or taking a bus.
